NYKA Spec Chassis Series
For new people coming into the sport, simplicity is very attractive,
as is knowing everyone is on a level playing field.
Rookies won't get discouraged by thinking they need a special chassis,
expensive engine build, expensive clutch or tires..

• Engine Pak - Spec Clone engine pak as supplied by NYKA.
  The engine is inspected, certified and serial number registered for NYKA racing.
  Spare engine also requires inspection and registration.
  NO electric start - RECOIL ONLY
   2017 Season and forward the engines will be SEALED
• If the seal is removed or mutilated in any way the engine will no longer be legal for NYKA competition
• Tires - As supplied by MXK Racing and have the NYKA markings . NO tire treatments or warmers.
• Body Work - CIK Perimeter body work required.
  Rear bumper and side pod minimum 48 inches - maximum 50 inches
• Rear Axle - Diameter 1.250 inches min/max
• Tread Width - Minimum - 42 inches ...  Maximum - 48 inches
• Overall Length - 72"

*Skid Panels and tube rear bumpers will no longer be allowed for 2019 season.
2019 and going forward NYKA (approved) Spec Chassis
NYKA will GRANDFATHER the 2018 NYKA members chassis.

Chassis - Sprint chassis - American made and NYKA approved 20 years or newer - NO Offsets.
Rims - Width 6.5" - (4 places)
Tires - 11 X 6.00 x 5 -  (4 places)
Clutch - Max Torque #SS1234 as well as 13t, 14t, and 15t.(no mods to shoes or drum, spring non tech)
NO metal or carbon fiber sprocket guards. (Plastic ONLY).
Engine oil - NO ADDITIVES
Pump gasoline NO ADDITIVES
Valve Springs - Any single valve spring - stock keepers
