Rear Bumper Fitting and Drilling.

Square the rear bumper to the rear axle by measuring in 2 places.
After the bumper is squared you can cross drill the rear of the frame and rear bumper for 3/16" clevis pins.
The 8" is a recommended measurement, be sure to check tire clearance to rear bumper.
